The successful candidate will provide project support and pavement testing using advanced technical equipment for data collection. Required to complete data quality management/testing and quality assurance while maintaining all technical equipment with some mechanical and computer automated experience.
We will provide two-week hands-on training and four weeks of on the job training programs.
CM Field Representative-Technician
1 to 3 years of experience required in civil roadway / airport construction or QA / QC of materials. Will closely collaborate and provide services to RDM Project Team Members such as RDM Project Managers, RDM Project Engineers, Airport Owners and their respective engineer offices, other engineering firms, General Contractors, and Subcontractors on design-bid-build aviation civil engineering projects.
RDM Construction Field Representatives provide comprehensive, management-oriented construction services to international and regional airports stakeholders, military installations, and engineer consultant firms.
Training will be provided based on level of understanding. RDM Construction Representatives are required to travel to various jobsite locations in the field during construction activities.
Project Engineer
Salary: $72,000 per year
Hours: 40 hr/wk (9:00-6:00 M-F)
Duties: Responsibilities include Pavement Management System implementation and update, GIS, pavement design and structural analysis for airport pavement and roadways. Pavement evaluation and design by employing Non-Destructive testing, Pavement Distress Surveying, Field work analysis, and general processing of survey data. Data analysis utilizing Pavement Design and Evaluation Software Packages from the FAA, DoD, AASHTO, State DOTs, etc., including FAARFIELD, BAKFAA, PAVER etc. and producing engineering reports. Project coordination, design development, proposing project details and client meetings. Review of QA / QC test data, material evaluation, and general filing of observation reports as required by a specific client and or agency. Construction Submittal Reviews and FAA/State Standard Construction Specifications editing.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Position requires expertise in pavement system engineering & design, geotechnical engineering & analysis, structural design, QA/QC analysis, data & statistical analysis, computational methods, and ability to write technical/engineering reports.
